WinTailer lists the last ‘n’ number of lines in a text document, up to 500 lines. It functions similar to the 'tail' executable in Unix. 

 

WinTailer also includes the added functionality to continue tailing the file until the top of the selected file is reached.  

 

It will keep you informed of how many changes to the file have occurred since the first time the program executed.
